Sales Representative

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the construction sector, is looking for a Sales Representative.

Reporting to the Business Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

 Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell the Company’ s products to new prospects and existing Customers.
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with Customers
• Achieve Sales objectives, in line with the Company’s Strategy
• Follow up and improve upon Client Portfolio
• Monitor closely the competitive landscape and report to the Business Executive
• Ensure timely Clients payments 

Qualification:

• Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years’ experience preferably in sales of building and hardware materials
• Fully computer literate with good knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
• A self-starter with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic market
• Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Valid Car Driving License
