Sales & Purchasing Coordinator

Sales:

1. Quotation (Devis):

• • To prepare quotation
• • To request and search quotation from supplier for a better deal.
• • To sent devis to client as per Director request and follow-up.
• • Follow-up of quotation if there are any amendment needed.

1. To deal with customer queries and order.
2. Meeting and training of client for new project.
3. Imports- Request best freight, follow-up of imports and dealing with custom.
4. To attend all Sales meeting.
5. Schedule meeting request as per Director request.
6. Preparation of sales report as per Director request

Purchasing:

1. Request quotes from suppliers
2. Prepare Purchase Order
3. Seek approval for purchase from Managing Director/ Operations Director
4. Confirm Order from supplier
5. Do Follow-up of order with Supplier
6. Imports
7. Confirm DHL Freight charges for imports
8. Seek approval for DHL quotation
9. Do Follow-up with DHL for embarkation, arrival and Custom clearance.
10. Do purchases for maintenance of the Office
