Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform sales visit to customers as per sales planning.
- Handle customer complaints & claims.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Issue proper weekly/ monthly sales report.
- Liaise with inter-departments for smooth handling of customers dossiers.
- Selling and cross-selling of all services of the company.
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with customers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Competencies:
- A Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
- At least 5 years experience in the Sales/ Marketing in Logistics sector.
- Experience in Sea & Air Freight is mandatory.
- Ability to gather market intelligence.
- Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Team player, dynamic, good personality with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Ready to work at odd hours and open to travel overseas.
- Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- Possess a valid driving license.
