Sales Demonstrator

Dragon Electronics Ltd is looking to recruit dynamic and proactive Sales Demonstrators in Port Louis, North and Plaines Wilhems regions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers and ascertain that all customers are being attended promptly.
• Listen and understand customers' needs and wants.
• Provide customers with detailed information on products, features and benefits, price and promotional discounts.
• Work closely with internal team members to ensure high level of Customer satisfaction
• Ensure customers' queries and complaints are handled efficiently, effectively and promptly, and to the customers' satisfaction.
• Follow all procedures and company policies with regards to stock administration and after sales service.
• Ensure that the system is updated regularly and that "Follow- up" notes are updated constantly.
• Perform any other cognate duties in the interest of the Company
