Goupille & Le Blanc Co. Ltd located at Highland Rose - Phoenix is looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales & Administrative Assistant.
As a key member of our administrative staff and customers service duties, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office / showroom and assisting senior management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our company while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Attend to requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner and by providing excellent customer service;
- Prepare quotations for clients, respond to tenders and provide administrative support all departments of the company;
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Prepare documents including correspondence, letters, contracts, reports, memos etc..
- Assist the sales team in their daily sales activities by providing administrative support and sales support to client.
- Follow-up with technical teams for planning, projects deployment, preparation of technical reports.
- Stock follow-up and monitoring
- File documents as required, maintaining organized and efficient filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, warranty conditions
- Manage and follow-up on debtors, accounts receivable & payable, accounts reconciliations, processing vendor invoices, and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Report to the Executive Director or it’s nominated representative.
Qualifications
- HSC qualification + diplomat
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of successful work experience in this position, preferably within the administrative and commercial sector.
- Knowledge of import/export and clearing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) and strong Internet Skills.
- Ability to work on Quickbooks (Accounting Software) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Home Appliances products will be a great advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Customer Focus and Good inter-personal skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and work under minimum supervision.
Conditions
- Candidates from Plaines-Wilhems / Quatres Bornes / Rose-Hill / Beau Bassin / Moka will be considered.
- Basic salary : Rs 20,000 to 30,000 / month.
- Commissions on sales performance each month (according to minimum targets to achieve).
- Travelling allowance as per legal
- Working hours : Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 8h - 17h
Saturdays 10h to 16h
