Company located in the North is seeking to recruit a Sales Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
. Back office duties in sales office
. Welcome clients and provide first contact and sales information
. Organise visits and appointments for sales people with clients
. Allocation of new leads to sales people
. Follow up and chase existing leads
. Updating Price lists and master lists and sending info to stakeholders
. Liaise with clients / notary for signatures / documents / permits
. Liaise with BOI for permit applications
. Liaise with estate agents for visits / mandates
. Entering information and follow up on CRM system
. Generating mass mailings to leads with marketing department
. Ensuring stock of brochures / sales materials available at sales office / for trips
Profile:
. Very good communication and PR skills both in English and French spoken and written
. Organised, efficient and tidy
. Proactive rather than reactive
. At ease on MS Office software
. Experience in a sales environment desirable
. Well presented and spoken with personality and assurance
