- Assist and give support to the Sales team - Ensure clients account management - Provide accounting department with required document for invoicing

 

DESCRIPTION 

  • Place order for clients with all the required details as per company procedures.
  • Provide customers with updated information and/or documents concerning their orders.
  • Provide the accounting department with the documents necessary for invoicing clients, payment of suppliers and clearance of order.
  • Ensure that the new orders are input in the system for access by the sales team.
  • Ensure acknowledgement of firm orders & insurance of pro-forma invoices where applicable.
  • Follow up on down payment with customers.
  • Organise delivery of products to clients in a timely manner.
  • Update the customer tracker on a systematic basis.
  • Assist Sales Team

PROFILE
  • Higher School Certificate level
  • A minimum of 1 year's working experience in customer care 
  • Experience in an engineering sector is an advantage. 
  • Good Public Relations skills
  • Conversant to MS Tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken English and French
