Description:

• SSC Business Analyst is responsible for functional support and training of enabling tools, systems and business processes relating to master data management, accounts payables, accounts receivables and general ledger.
• To identify, initiate and implement best practice processes, methods and systems throughout the financial supply chain, aimed at reducing working capital, reduction in processing costs through productivity gains.
• Conduct analytical reviews, both financial and non-financial in nature.
• Produce KPI reports as well as productivity reports to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

•             Proficient in Logistics Air & Ocean – Sun Systems – Forwin

•             An affinity for systems and technology

•             Superior MS Excel skills + VBA and SQL programming would be desirable

•             Desired Finance Background

•             Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and translate this into practical action.

•             Perseverant character willing to insist until problem is resolved

•             Must be organized and methodical when dealing with complex issues

•             Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•             Excellent communicator both written and oral and must be able to communicate at a Senior Management Team level

•             Project management experience.

•             Language skills: fluent in French and English

•             Excellent presentation skills

•             Travel can be required on occasion

•             2 years + experience overseeing change management projects

•             2 years + ERP functional expert (SunSystems, SAP, JBA or Oracle) and system integration

•             Preferable experience in freight forwarding, operational and accounting

•             Relevant experience in outsourcing and shared services environment

•             University degree, preferably in finance accounting IT or equivalent experience

***The salary range is between Rs 30k to 35k per month. Additional benefits may include: fuel allowance; cell phone allowance and internet reimbursement. All candidates should have a car.
