Summary

Provide 2nd level ticketing support on SAP and reporting tools to business users, via the ticketing system and to respond timely to service requests according to SLA.
Identify training and coaching needs of users and conduct adequate training and coaching.
Participate in the documentation of business processes, procedures, work instructions and tips & tricks.
Proactively propose corrective and preventive measures in SAP, as part of ticket reduction strategy..

What will be your responsibilities?

SAP Masterdata task

  • Carry out Masterdata activities in BIASAPS applications to ensure smooth operations of business
  • Participate in Masterdata tasks (such as data extraction, formatting, data migration, data control where applicable) resulting to roll-outs and change/enhancements in business processes
  • Represent the master data team in project teams for projects implementation
  • Perform the timely and correct uploading of suppliers’ Pricelists
  • Closely monitor and ensure completeness and accuracy in (existing and new) Masterdata records
  • Identify recurrent issues, carry out analysis to identify the root cause and propose appropriate solution

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitoring and Analysis of Masterdata tickets (trend analysis) with the aim to take corrective /preventive actions
  • Report monthly to Management as regards Masterdata tickets status. The reporting consists partly of quantitative reporting but also consists of an analysis of the types of ticket requests
  • Investigate root causes for Masterdata tickets which have been treated beyond the SLA time frame 
  • Plan and develop adequate tools to facilitate data analysis (SAP, BO Analysis, BW)

Coaching and Training

  • Provide adequate coaching to users, to ensure basic SAP Masterdata tasks are being carried out as expected
  • Conduct SAP Masterdata training (BIASAPS Academy)/induction with business users
  • Document regular problems encountered
  • Preparation of Masterdata Tips and Tricks, based on problems encountered
  • Ensure that end users have access to and use relevant Masterdata templates
  • Ensure that the documentations related to Masterdata are up to date and accessible to intended audience

Operational Excellence, Customer Focus, Follow up and Communication

  • Ensure tickets pertaining to Masterdata SAP & CRM are being treated & solved within the agreed SLA timeframe, thus respecting the SLA and KPI’s set
  • Prioritise request of end user based on importance and urgency
  • Before closing any non-recurring Masterdata ticket, ensure that all relevant information has been properly gathered and that the request has been successfully met as per business requirements.
  • Closing of tickets whenever the request has been attended

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma/Degree  in IT from a recognized institution or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-years previous experience in ERP or Masterdata Management
  • Experience in SAP Data Migration (LSMW, MASS)
  • Experience in ABAP will be a definite advantage
  • Exposure in functional business process (parts/machines sales and/or purchasing) will be an advantage
  • Fluent in French and English both oral and written
