Be the link among reservations, front office and housekeeping for proper room management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Room allocation (Last minute and forecast over 3 months)
- Communicate closure of sales to concerned departments
- Manage early check in and late check out
- Coordinate room change, extension, early check in and late check outs
- Update last minute reservations
- Manage and follow up on Out Of Order rooms
- Communicate special requests to Housekeeping and front office department
Fully conversant with Opera with regards to Rooms division
A valid driving license would be an advantage
