Be the link among reservations, front office and housekeeping for proper room management.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Room allocation (Last minute and forecast over 3 months)
  • Communicate closure of sales to concerned departments
  • Manage early check in and late check out
  • Coordinate room change, extension, early check in and late check outs
  • Update last minute reservations
  • Manage and follow up on Out Of Order rooms
  • Communicate special requests to Housekeeping and front office department

Fully conversant with Opera with regards to Rooms division

A valid driving license would be an advantage
