Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market share.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns to increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and logistics to optimize retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in retail management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (excel, powerpoint, Power BI).
