Kensington Seaviews Residential Complex in Flic en Flac is currently seeking to recruit a Residential Complex Administrator.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Maintain accurate records of all apartment owners, residents, and any tenants.

 

  • Maintain accurate record of all monthly communal charges.

 

  • Ensure apartment owners pay their communal charges on time and chase regularly to ensure timely payment.

 

  • Send reminders to all apartment owners who are in arrears. 

 

  • Obtain quotations for all repairs works identified to be done.

 

  • Carry out daily checks of the Complex common areas to ensure smooth working of equipment’s in common areas such as lift, swimming pool, water pump and generator, etc. 
  • Ensure maintenance, cleaning team and security team maintain and adhere to the proper safety protocols and procedures.
  • Contact immediately utility providers such as CWA, CEB, Telecom and Scavenging service for any disruptions in service and supply at the Complex.
  • Participate in meetings with the management committee of the Complex to update on actions taken on issues identified, on any major decisions to be taken and for Apartment owners’/residents’ feedback and complaints 
  • Partner with the management committee, the maintenance team and the security team to provide feedback on how to improve day-to-day duties and/or processes
  • Act as a first point of contact for residents regarding certain inquiries to be transferred to the management committee. 

 

  • Welcome residents and any visitors to the Complex.

 

  • Sorting of letters addressed to residents to be put in letterbox.

 

  • Respond to all emergency calls relating to the residents in a prompt and efficient manner in accordance with established procedures.

 

  • Deal with resident complaints and questions.

 

  • Maintain a daily activity log for all services provided to residents in the community.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in administering or managing a large residential complex dealing with day-to-day issues such as maintenance, residents’ complaints, disruption in any service.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of both income and expenses relating to the Complex. 
  • Experience in Syndic operations will be an advantage. 

 

  • IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, Email) at an intermediate level is a must.

 

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A diploma or degree in a relevant Administrative or/and   property/facilities management 
  • Driving licence will be an advantage. 
  • Will consider either an individual applying or a company who can provide this subcontracting service.

Remuneration 

  • Part time - Monday to Friday (9 am to 1 pm) 20 hours per week 
  • Minimum Salary Rs 25,000 per month inclusive of transport (Negotiable for the ideal candidate)
