We are currently seeking Reservations Executive (RE) for our Head Quarters and Agencies who will play a crucial role in supporting customers with world class service. As an RE, you will be great at sales, will provide helpful information, answer questions, and address complaints. You will serve as the front line of support, ensuring customer satisfaction with our products, services, and features.

The ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and possess outstanding negotiation and sales skills. The best REs are genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers and exhibit qualities such as patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. They can put themselves in customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Gathering customer feedback is invaluable to us, and REs are skilled in collecting this feedback. Additionally, they excel at problem-solving and are confident in troubleshooting and investigating to resolve customer inquiries or complaints when faced with limited information.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and follow up with sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and meet sales targets and profit goals.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • At least 5 years of proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
