Assist our customers with the planning and booking. You will provide customer support in person, on the phone, online or a combination of these. Answering of customers’ queries, make travel suggestions, book rooms and tickets and sending of daily reports to management.
We are currently looking for a Reservation officer for one of our resorts situated at Calodyne
The main responsibilities includes the following but are not limited to:
- Perform reservation tasks by telephone, email and fax or through a central reservation system coming from the sales office and/ or other concerning departments.
- Must take into consideration all the company`s policies, procedures and specificity.
- Possess strong customer service and excellent communications skills.
- Verify details, process payments and confirm arrangements.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist guests queries in an informative and helpful way.
- Any other duties related to post.
Experience and Qualification
- HSC or any other relevant qualifications for the post
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as Reservation officer in a hotel environment.
- Fluent in both English and French. A third language would constitute a definite advantage.
- Must be fully computer literate with basic IT skills.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and can handle pressure.
