We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who will be able to attract & recruit talents in our company.

 

Main Duties

  • Responsible for sourcing , screening and interviewing candidates for open positions within an organisation.
  • Propose and implement new sourcing methods to the Human Resources Manager.
  • Recommend ways to improve our brand with regards to recruitment.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.
  • Lead in job fairs and career events.
  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with recruitment, professionals, colleagues and other partners.
  • Conduct background checks.
  • Fully involved in the recruitment of expatriate team members as well as follow-up of their well being
Qualifications & Experience
  • A Diploma in management or Human Resources
  • At least 2 years proven work experience in the recruitment field
Other Requisites
  • High level of french written & spoken skills
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience with (Phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Highly proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office tools
