Be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews and managing administrative tasks
Capfor Mauritius is looking for a "Recruitment Coordinator" to work for one of its client in the Banking sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and where applicable
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to managers
- Prepare paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Carry out administrative works
- Perform any other cognate duties
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience in the HR field
- Working experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
- Experience in the banking sector would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
