Our Client is looking for a young and dynamic quality controller.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To carry out quality checks (cleanliness/ reliability/ courtesy / schedule adherence).
• To work in the traffic office and help in deploying buses.
• To carry out ticket inspection.
• To make any surveys as and when requested.
• Record any customer complaints.
• To note down and report any illegal operators operating on a particular route.
• Ensure that all employees are adhering to the established procedures and grooming standards in the company.  
• To monitor the cameras and GPS.
• Identify and report non conformances as per the quality procedures.
• To produce reports as and when required.

PROFILE 

1. At least form 4.
2. Computer literate.
3. Effective verbal and written communication.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Good leadership skills.
6. Customer Oriented.
