Quality Assurance /Compliance Officer

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Quality Assurance /Compliance Officer to assist in the implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with standards or regulations in the Quality Assurance department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and draft policies, process, and procedures.
• Prepare and design Business Process flow charts.
• Assist in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support and set-up action plans with operational teams for implementation of the QMS.
• Maintain and update the QMS by ensuring that proper process flows are in place.
• Plan and conduct procedure training delivery.
• Organise and conduct internal audits in relation to the QMS and ISO 9001:2015.
• Follow-up on action plan following audits.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual Management Review.
• Ensure corrective actions are taken to address non-conformities.
• Assist the organisation in identifying and assessing potential risks to their core activities and business processes.
• Assist to devise action plans to mitigate identified risks.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and build up Reports.
• Responsible for document management systems.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

• A Degree in LLB or equivalent.
• Exposure to a similar working environment for at least 2 years.
• Experience in the preparation of ISO Certification and Surveillance Audits.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail.

• Data collection and analysis.
• Customer focus.
• Teamwork.
