Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for Project Engineers who will be responsible for the proper planning, execution and monitoring of electrical and allied services on assigned projects assuring accuracy and quality. The successful candidates must be highly organised, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality and timely repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as specified in PMC or instructed otherwise.
• Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
• Assist the HOD in achieving the optimal cost, schedule and quality equilibrium on projects
• Ensure that design intent is carried out on site by marking up shop drawings and taking responsibility of execution
• Prepare and issue sub-contractors agreement and ensure signature of concerned parties.
• Work in collaboration with the tendering team for the preparation of tenders and quotations.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Participate in the implementation of Corrective/Preventive Action based on Root Cause Analysis.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

 Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in MEP
• Registration with the Council of Professional Engineers will be an advantage.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office, Project Management Software and AutoCAD.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Holder of a driving license.
