PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR will have the opportunity to work within the Dairy Plant Division of Innodis Ltd

Brief Duties and responsibilities:

• Organize the day to day planning and to manage your department in a most cost effective way and according objectives set by management.
• Do a proper production planning to avoid out of stock situations and unnecessary overtimes.
• Record production figures electronically, analyze and rectify as and when required.
• Ensure implementation and continuity of MDWT, 5 “S” and ISO 22000 concepts or any other quality management systems remain in force.
• Control and monitor hourly output on machines.
• Submit a quarterly and a cumulative performance report.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules as well as GMP’s.
• Ensure that Oracle is always up to date and raw materials stocks in sub store are under control.
• Liaise with the technical department in case of technical problems.
• Ensure that machines are serviced on a regular basis (weekly, monthly and yearly).

Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• HSC or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year on the job experience
• Have good supervisory, planning, interpersonal & communication skills
• Computer literate

The post will carry a competitive salary package which will be commensurate to related qualifications and experience.
