• Paint and panel quotes from workshop: Parts interpretation, quote, following up (including  files maintenance online and physical reservation)  up to delivery
• Back up to the front counter sales person (in her absence)
• Carrying parts price survey as & when required
• Assisting servicing customer, and service department parts orders in order to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently contributes to the achievement of department goals and objectives
• Services all customers in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
• Any other cognate duties

Qualification and Experience

Min. HSC + Diploma holder

Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Prior knowledge of Spare Parts and automotive sector may constitute an advantage

Holder of a valid driving private car license may constitute an advantage

Holder of a clean certificate of character.
