PROJECT LEAD

The Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end projects within the telecommunications industry. They will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of telecom projects.

Role Responsibilities

- Plan and execute the deployment of telecom networks, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for the installation of network infrastructure.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements

- Implement effective scheduling to meet project milestones and deadlines.

- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness

- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of telecom systems.

- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with industry standards.

 - Communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory authorities.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with telecom projects.

- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and disruptions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations

Experience

- Proven experience in managing projects in the telecom industry

- In-depth knowledge of telecom network architecture, technologies, and industry trends.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes in the telecommunications sector.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in project management tools and software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
