The job holder must ensure a clean & hygienic environment in the office and cater to the refreshment needs of employees and clients in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Clean all closed offices; desks, shelves, glass doors, windows (from inside) and surface of office equipment.
- Cleaning of other locations such as the DR Site and Apartments for consultants as and when required.
- Cleaning and good house keeping of toilets, wash room cubicles whenever required.
- Ensure constant availability of accessories such as toilet paper and hand washing soap.
- Clean all common areas, server room and storages, upon request
- Empty all waste paper bins and shredder trays to the designated places
- Help in plying and glueing of statement.
- Ensure that furniture in offices, meeting rooms and reception area is arranged in the required manner at all times.
- Check that lights and air cons are switched off, windows are closed after the meetings they have catered for are over
- Ensure all equipment’s (kettle, microwave, oven, coffee machines etc) are switched off in mess, kitchenette before their departure.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing cups, glasses and plates, water, tea and coffee & Refreshments.
- Assist in serving food and drinks during events and any other events organized by the bank
- Keep adequate stock of cleaning materials, toilet paper and other mess items
- Proper storage of food, drinks and cleaning items
- Tea lady service includes preparing tea and coffee and serving those as required,
- Clearing and collecting used cups and washing those, keeping kitchens clean and in order, and other related duties.
- Act as back up whenever the other Office Attendant is on leave (For dispatch and post office).

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as cleaning or tea lady
