Our client in the Management Consultancy Sector is currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator. The ideal incumbent will provide efficient administrative, organisational and logistic support to all departments, manage office services to ensure smooth daily activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee transportation and liaise with service provider as needed.
  • Responsible to process the training refund with local authority and keeping records for all trainings conducted.
  • Manage the maintenance contracts of office equipment and supplies with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the travel and logistic arrangements (flight tickets, accommodation, visa, mission request) for professional trips.
  • Be the main point of contact to external visitors' and support the logistic needs.
  • Responsible for local office supplies, placing orders and following up delivery of orders.
  • Track and reconcile all expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Perform any other cognate duties that may from time to time be required which are appropriate for the role and business needs.
Profile:

  • Holder of Diploma in Business Administration and/or any other alternate equivalent qualification.
  • Have as minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Be conversant with Sicorax will be an advantage.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be rigorous, enthusiasm and aim to evolve in a complex and challenging environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
