About the position:

As a Multimedia Designer (Marketing Operations Specialist - Internal job title)at goFLUENT, you will be part of a growing Marketing Operations team supporting our regional marketing that are aligned with marketing strategy and objectives we have globally.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with assigned region in supporting their needs and aligning priorities and tasks.

• Adapt designs based on our branding, set guidelines on our templates and regional design requirements such as graphic marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, eBook) and digital designs (website and social media) and short videos or GIFs.

• Assist and produce pages on using our technical tools such as WordPress and WPML and implement based on the guidelines set by Marketing Tech Team that also includes QA checking, resolving minor issues like responsiveness and minor edits or changes on pages.

• To be detailed oriented in thoroughly check all outputs released for both Graphic Design and Website (QA checking) before releasing the materials.

• Working in collaboration with our Marketing Operations team in ensuring delivering efficient and quality outputs

• Performing media edits based on feedback.

What you'll need:

• Bachelors Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or other related fields.

• 1-2 years of experience is a plus butopen to hiring fresh graduate!

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and attention to detail in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate with the team, excellent communication, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Open to learning and has the desire to improve and grow.
