Avacor Ltd is looking for a Monitoring Security Services Manager

 

MAIN FUNCTION:

The Security Monitoring Services Manager is responsible to provide a class-leading, professional, and timely security monitoring services to Avacor’s customers, monitor the day-to-day activities of the Monitoring Center and work for the development of the department by implementing the latest tools and resources.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of monitoring operators to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the monitoring services department, ensuring high standards surveillance and response capabilities.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Define the strategy of the department, prepare budgets for operations and ensure its application.
  • Do the utmost to achieve and exceed the sales, operations, and service targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and service requests related to monitoring services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and address client concerns or feedback.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to identify and resolve issues related to monitoring accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve the level or service, reduce the cost of operations and ensure clients satisfaction.
  • Provide monthly Sales, Service and Operations report to Direction.
  • Be available 24/7 on mobile phone in case of emergencies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least a Degree in Management/Electronic or any other related field
  • A previous experience in the security field or any other similar role would constitute a definite advantage
  • A previous experience in a Management role

Please note that this post requires to be on call 24/24 in case of emergencies.
