Money Processing Operator

With speed and accuracy, he/she authenticates, counts, and sorts cash of our clients for deposits.

Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and Brinks policies
Receive and verify client packages as distributed by the team leaders
Open packages, count and authenticate bank notes and coins
Ensure that the amount announced on the slips corresponds to the amount counted - where it does not tally, escalate to the team leader
After processing, the cash counted should be returned to the central cash counter
Inform management of any anomaly detected
Respect the procedures established and approved by the management
Enter counted amounts in the relevant system
Prepare customer orders and ensure that the documents are as per the norms and standards required
Participate in central cash reconciliation process
