Merchandising Officer

Key Result Areas: •Implement assigned responsibilities in merchandising designated areas; •Ensure products are put on sales floor properly and in a timely manner •Arrange product according to planogram specifications; •Ensure standardization of display in all EML shops

Founded in November 2002, Espace Maison Ltée (EML) is specialized in home décor, finishes and gardening materials with the aim to inspire, delight and enrich the lives of our customers. 

EML is recruiting a dynamic and self-motivated Merchandising Officer to join the merchandising team in its daily mission.

 Key Result Areas:

• Implement assigned responsibilities in merchandising designated areas;
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of implementing special program guidelines;
• Ensure products are put on sales floor properly and in a timely manner
• Arrange product according to planogram specifications;
• Ensure standardization of display in all EML shops
• Provide guidance regarding the setup of events
• Carry all administrative tasks linked to the merchandising activities

 Required profile:

• Minimum qualification:  HSC / BAC
• At least 1 years’ experience in a team environment
• Prior experience in organization of work with efficient time management
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Flexible, organized and pro-active
