Responsible for the day to day running of the maintenance department. Coordinate and control the work of external contractors and ensure strict conformity defined standards. Ensure that critical equipment are properly maintained. Responsible for staff development and to develop and maintain a positive working relationship within the department to reach common goals. To anticipate and address the technical needs of our internal customers.                                                                            

    REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years experience on a five star property is mandatory.
