Maintenance Officer

Medine Agriculture is looking for a motivated and experienced candidate with strong practical, technical and good analytical skills to perform as a Maintenance Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance interventions in different sites/properties where the company is operating.
• Maintenance of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs, repair faulty sockets, replacement of circuit breakers, etc.
• Assist the Managers/Head of department in preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on electrical devices and equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve repairs to be done in a timely manner. 
• Inspect machines, engines and transmissions.  
• Assist and conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
• Ensure adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) are worn during working hours.
• Report any anomalies to the Managers/Head of department.
• Ensure all established Standard Operating Procedures are carefully applied.

Candidate’s Profile

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Maintenance field.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc.
• Knowledge in civil, construction, welding, and painting.
• Good knowledge of health and safety at work.
• Make own diagnosis of issues, prepare intervention reports.
• Excellent attention to details.
• 'Can-do' attitude and able to maintain high level commitment to accuracy and quality.
