Veranda Tamarin is seeking for a passionate and talented Maintenance Clerk. Come and join our tribe !

 

Main duties:

  • Ensure high level of quality services are delivered at all times
  • Carry out Monthly Stock Inventory in the maintenance department in collaboration with the Cost Controller/Accounts Clerk
  • Perform monthly purchase of items for repairs and maintenance
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and quotations
  • Prepare Purchase Request on Winhms and forward to Account department
  • Prepare utilities report (CWA/CEB/GAS) and forward thereon to Superior
  • Answer, direct phone calls, take and distribute messages
  • Check and distribute documents and correspondence 
  • Perform data input on Vipertex System for rosters and WINHMS system for other related issues
  • Coordinate work functions with fellow worker and other departments
  • Liaise with Central Purchasing Office – Head Office for creation of new suppliers and item code respectively
Candidate's Profile:
  • 1 year experience in a similar position, at least, one year experience in the hotel industry
  • Computer literacy including hotel management system such as Opera, Micros, Win HMS
