Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Life Administrator.
Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Life Administrator.
Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will assist in developing the correct administration system and maintain good relationship with brokers, underwriters and clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare client quotations
- Process New Business Application within a turnaround of 48 hours
- Monitor clients’ applications up until policy issue
- Update the CRM System with clients’ details, documents and application updates
- Assist Brokers with any queries regarding existing clients’ inquiries
- Ensure follow up of Broker inquiries
- Liaise with underwriters and ensure that client applications are processed in a timely manner
- Generate Weekly Progress Reports for allocated Brokers
- Assist Administration Manager in ‘quality control’ checks
- Any other duties, as requested by the Directors and Head of Operations
Qualification:
- Fresh graduate – degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Management
- 1 year experience in administrative tasks
