The Legal BP is responsible to provide support to the business in contract creation (legal part) and in negotiations.
- Responsible to review contract and financial agreements with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain contract guidelines (sample to be filled by the Category Leads.
- Review and validate updated Terms & Conditions (Contract and PO).
- Provide Advice & Support to Category Managers & Spot Buyers.
- Support Category Leads with negotiation issues.
- Support Category Leads with Claim analysis.
- Review & challenge contract termination decision.
