JOB SUMMARY

 The Learning Consultant is primarily responsible for development and implementation of all aspects of organizational training and onboarding of our new joiners. Work on Training Needs and Requirements of the business, Process & Compliance Parameters for Dayforce HCM employees. The incumbent will provide coaching & feedback to enhance employee performance and accordingly prepare & implement action plans.

 This position will also require analyzing the Training needs of the Dayforce HCM employees & support in delivering the calendarized training programs. Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach. Conduct Compliance, Communication & Process Awareness sessions for new hires. Develop Action plans and report out the improvement process in business reviews.

 SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Roll out and manage all online training on zoom and/or teams, including management of offline training.
  • Keep track and records of attendance sheets and training evaluation reports.
  • Liase with internal and external trainers and prepare monthly training calendar as per business needs.
  • Share monthly training calendar and follow up with list of participants and process HRDC G1 application in a timely manner.
  • After completion of training compile all relevant reports and attendance sheet and process HRDC G3 application on a timely manner
  • Query from HRDC and MQA to be responded on a timely manner.
  • Follow up with HRDC for pending refunds.
  • Keeping tracker of all HRDC queries (G1 /G3) and action taken. 
  • Process monthly billing and follow up with finance team by every month end.
  • Manage and process MQA course approval in a timely manner.
  • Keep tracker of all MQA approved courses and renewal of same on a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly training report to be shared with SLT team.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with other Dayforce functions to create positive service outcomes and promote client retention, satisfaction, and revenue retention and revenue growth.
  • Perform any other cognate duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Translates goals and objectives into achievable work plans.
  • Cross-train to become Subject Matter Expert in additional products or departments as needed
  • Full understanding of job responsibilities and company objectives. Provide complex and advanced support in developing and implementing strategic and special projects. May provide guidance to junior employees.
  • Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining deliverables of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective, for desired results. May provide guidance about work activities to colleagues.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems that require the use of independent judgment and creativity.
  • May involve development of new approaches and tactics to resolve. Contributes to defining the direction for new processes or operational plans, which have a significant impact on department or functional results.
  • Erroneous decisions or failure to obtain results would typically result in serious impact on customers and/or results and considerable expenditure of resources.
  • Frequent interaction with internal or external contacts at various levels, including senior leadership, concerning ongoing operations or changes relating to processes or programs. Leads briefings with internal and external contacts. Develops and maintains customer relationships.

  EDUCATIONAL/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or any other equivalent qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience, in training and development field preferably in a large, high volume, multi-client environment.
  • Experience in quality assurance work against documented standards and requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with multi-tasking ability.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate CSR training.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to use data to analyze trends and problem solve issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and grammatical skills.
  • Capable of working in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve moderately complex problems.

 Must have Skills.

  • Experience in handling of MQA and HRDC applications
  • Excellent communicator, convincing and strong personality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational sensitivity and a good sense for the business and its needs Attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to escalate issues promptly.
