The job holder will present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. He/She will act as a front line representative and shall ensure that the quality of service provided is at the highest level with a view to build a loyal clientele and promote company’s image.
- Prepare documentation, proposals and sales contracts.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies and product development.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Follow up the Sales and Marketing plan and promote Company’s products and services.
- Establish useful links with relevant external organisations through networking opportunities.
- Compile fact sheets, statistics, graphs, manuals and reports for products and prospective markets.
- Prepare paperwork including quotations and invoices to activate and maintain contract services.
- Complete sales contracts and other forms applicable, duly maintain and update sales records and ensure an efficient tracking system of all paperwork.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and marketing events as and when required.
- Maintain up-to-date records regarding potential prospects.
- Liaise regularly with the Sales Manager and keep latter informed of progress of sales.
- Prepare and submit reports to Management on a regular basis including activity, follow-up and sales progress.
