Grewals is looking for an Indoor Sales Representative to act as a front liner representative in presenting and selling the product and services of the Company to customer.

Main Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
• Ensure that the quality of service provided from pre sale to post sale is at the highest level with a view to build clientele and promote the company’s image.
• Issue quotations and invoices to activate and maintain contract services.
• Handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolve issue in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure the customers’ satisfaction.
• Any other duties that the management of the company considers to be appropriate.

Profile of candidate

1. Minimum a certificate in Sales and/or Marketing.
2. 3-5 years work experience in the Sales and Marketing sector.
3. Experience in timber and/or construction industry will constitute an advantage.
4. Dynamic, Motivated, Pleasant and extrovert personality, Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and businesslike approach.
5. Fully computer literate and highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
6. Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
7. Any combination of education and experience.
