IT Technician/IT Support Officer

Looking for IT Technician/IT Support Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Review and Maintain Database Backup Procedures.

-Trouble shoot, monitor and maintain the Computer and network Systems.

-Ensure that all equipment is clean and well maintained

-Resolve any IT or internet issues in a timely manner

-Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and other applications

-Manage antivirus solution

-Ensure regular reporting towards IT Consultant or/and Accountant

-Liaise with IT suppliers

-Update the company’s website content

-Manage the company’s social media in collaboration with the Sales Dept

-Ensure that we have a proper maintenance contract for the specified equipment

-Order equipment and other items as required

-Perform any other related duties as required by the HOD/MD

-Training will be provided where required.

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

-SC/HSC with Diploma in IT or other acceptable qualifications

-Job Title commensurate with qualifications and experience

-Fully Computer Literate with Microsoft Office

-Basic IT Skills

-Computer Trouble Shooting Skills

-One Year of Relevant Experience would be an advantage

-Knowledge of Windows Server 2019 Administration would be an advantage

-Experience with Accounting Software would be an advantage

-Good communication Skills

-Ability to work in Team

-Organized and proactive

-Attentive to details

-Living in Plaines Wilhems/Port-Louis/Pamplemousse district
