ERP Specialist with 3 Years experience in ERP system implementation and support. Key responsibility will be to provide functional support and training to users.
Responsibilities include:
Gather and analyse clients' business and functional specifications for translation into a detailed design document.
Install, configure and optimise ERP applications and solutions as per the design document.
Design and undertake system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) paying attention
to transition from development and test to production phases
Present regular project updates to the client, as appropriate, throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the project manager as required
Troubleshoot implementation issues
Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process
Produce and maintain customer specific implementation documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered to customers satisfaction within time and on budget.
This role may require travel.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related technology field of study
• Experience with ERP such as SAP Business One and Navision
• 2-3 years of experience in the implementation and support of ERP systems
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Mastery of Excel, Powerpoint and word.
