Associates in this role, function as information technology (IT) professionals serving as technical experts and participate in or oversee a variety of analytical & technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions, maintenance of hardware, software, and network .

Associates in this role, function as information technology (IT) professionals serving as technical experts and participate in or oversee a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure software platforms, including but not limited to server / client operating systems, networking, PO,Stock holdings and forecasting on IT consumables.
• Support to SAGE team for re-implementation of PASTEL and follow on SLA
• Support in implementation and upgrades of ERP

Qualification and Requirement

• A qualification in IT is a plus
• IT background with 4 – 5 years’ proven work experience
• Good communication skills
• Proactive
• Attention to details

Salary: 20-25k
