Chue Wing & Company Limited (ABC Foods) is a leader in FMCG distribution in Mauritius and a major Division of the ABC Group of companies. ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic IT Assistant to join our team and shall report to the IT Manager.
Key Duties
- Good Communication skills
- Providing technical assistance to users
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems and applications
- Knowledge in Software development
- Ensuring data security and backup procedures are followed
- Assisting with IT projects and initiatives
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies to recommend improvements and efficiencies
- An ability to work to deadlines
- Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
Key Competencies
- Basic understanding of IT principles,systems and applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Key Qualifications
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Knowledge in IT technologies (Hardare/Software)
- A minimum course in IT Field
