The Company is seeking for a HR Officer to support the operational activities of our Human Resources department.

 

Main Duties:

 

HR Requests Processing:

Prepare and process all HR requests, ensuring timely and accurate payments to concerned parties.

Personnel Files Maintenance:

Maintain updated personnel files for all employees, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Recruitment and Selection:

Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates, organizing interviews, and facilitating the appointment of new staff.

Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative and clerical activities to facilitate smooth HR operations.

HR Support Functions:

Provide support across various HR functions, including visiting facilities as needed.

Assist in developing and executing HR annual plans and strategic initiatives.

Support the implementation of legislations, HR manuals, processes, and policies.

Document Drafting:

Draft contracts of employment, disciplinary letters, memos, and other relevant documents as required.

Medical Insurance and Pension Funds Management:

Oversee the management of medical insurance and pension funds.

Handle inclusions, deletions, queries, renewals, and other related tasks efficiently.

Welfare Coordination:

Identify and coordinate staff welfare activities to ensure employee well-being and satisfaction.

Probation and Confirmation Management:

Monitor and follow up on staff probation/trial periods, ensuring timely confirmations where applicable.

Payroll Administration:

Manage payroll administration processes, including temporary payroll calculations and preliminary verification.

Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake any other duties as assigned by management to support HR and organizational objectives.
