Horeca Manager

• Bachelor’s degree (in Economics, Business Management or relevant area);
• At least 3 years’ experience in a management position what has been related to sales (sales manager, trade manager, commercial manager, business development manager, etc.);
• At least 3 years’ experience in an HoReCa sector;
• Experience in business development, building relationships with clients, and attracting new clients;
• Experience with market and competitor analysis;
• Experience with trade marketing activities and understanding of sales strategies and planning;
• Team management, high strategically and planning skills;
• Courage and desire to regularly achieve victories;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Your job description

• Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication and pricing accuracy.
• Utilize key selling processes, including direct and preselling techniques.
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
• Ensure customers are complying with contract requirements, ensure communication and alignment of initiatives.
• Work closely with the selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy.
• Coach, lead and motivate the sales team on selling and display execution, merchandising standards and ensure accurate and timely orders are submitted.
