Our client (well-known company in the IT sector) is currently looking for a candidate with proven experience to work as HR Coordinator in their prestigious organization.
Roles and Responsibilties:
- Work directly with and report to the MD as well as the head of HR regarding all HR endeavors
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Handle disciplinary as well as legal matters and grievances according to the laws
- Maintain knowledge of existing employment laws
- Abide by company enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
- Support other functions as assigned
Profile required:
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- 2 to 3+ years management experience in HR
- Experience with the Unions and in a manufacturing industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
