• Assists Guests / Groups on arrival, departure and during stay. • Provides efficient and prompt service to guests in accordance with Hotel Standards and Procedures. • Adheres to the Hotel Rules and Regulations and performs ancillary duties.
• Secondary Academic Qualifications acceptable by Management
• Previous professional experience in related function;
• Must be well versed in computer skills and familiar with MS Outlook, Words, Excel & HMS.
• Pleasant, outgoing and dynamic personality;
• Strong communication and organisational skills;
• Eager to learn to work in a team and strong willingness to improve upon work performance and results to be achieved;
• Fluent in oral and written English and French. A third language, preferably Italian or German, will definitely be an advantage.
• Be prepared to work on a flexible roster of 6/1, including day and evening shifts and be ready to work on Sundays and Public Holidays according to roster, and on Cyclonic Days whenever required.
