SGS is hiring a General Customer Service.
Primary responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Managing all cash transactions in the workplace
- Maintaining daily records of the daily transactions
- Issuing Certificates of fitness and reports when required
- Organising daily work
Specific responsibilities :
- Identify customers' need,clarify information, and provide solutions
- Keep records in database in a comprehensive way
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures
- Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request, answering questions, offering assistance
Profile :
- Good Communication skill
- HSC Holder
- Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with the public and government personnel
Requires skills :
- Verbal Communication
- Must be able to think quickly
- Should be professional, courteous, organized and a capable problem solver
