Gardener

We are in mauritius. We are looking for a reliable Gardener to undertake and upkeep the exterior of company premises. Who will be able to work 5 hours a day from Monday to Saturday. Well rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing the gardening.

We are looking for a reliable Gardener to undertake and upkeep the exterior of company premises. Who will be able to work 5 hours a day from Monday to Saturday. Well rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing the gardening.

You must be well-organized with strong general gardening skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

Responsibilities

• Clean garden by sweeping leaves, picking dead branches, etc.
• Prune and trim trees and bushes
• Mow, and trim green spaces
• Mulch, edge and weed gardens
• Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter
• Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery, like mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers
• Identify and report the need for major machine repairs

Requirements and skills

• Experience as gardener
• Experience with hardware tools such as grass trimmer, leaf blower, etc
• Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them
• The ability to lift heavy objects
• The ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized
• Attention to detail
