We are looking for a Front desk secretary/Brand Ambassador for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- communicate effectively with all levels of practitioners and support staff concerning outputs
- finish activities, tasks, and projects in as-short-as-possible a time without sacrificing quality or compromising on the standards required for a particular output
- be pro-active and take initiative, and anticipating reactions to ensure successful outcomes
- be details and information oriented – persevering and being persistent until, and so that, there is progress towards achieving the necessary outcomes
- sort and make sense of large amounts of data and summarize in a form that assists in achieving outputs and makes feedback and reports comprehensible
- handle change and last-minute variations/inputs and to adjust projects and tasks accordingly
- abide by ENS financial disciplines, standard operating procedures/processes (SOPs), and Service Criteria (performance enhancement) requirements
- reinforce and coach others regarding the “ENS way” - embrace ENS culture and an intrinsic alignment to ENS vision and values
- ability to get things done (hands-on) without delegating tasks to outsourced suppliers or others when within the scope of own project/duties and area of responsibility
- provide feedback and inform team leader and impacted party(ies) regarding the status of outputs and decisions taken
- generate new ideas and solve problems (lateral thinking and creative approach) to obstacles and challenges in order to constantly improve standards and deliver excellence
- willingness and ability to work overtime and to travel to ensure the successful completion of a project/task whenever necessary
Knowledge and Skills:
- Matric or equivalent
- Relevant qualification(s)
- At least 2 years’ experience in same or similar role
- prioritisation skills, taking into account urgency and the importance of completing projects/tasks, with due regard to other factors such as the impact of relevant issues on the firm and team
- very strong IT skills, ability to use IT systems to support and increase own efficiency, as well as the ability to suggest and learn new systems
- strong administration and organizational skills to ensure high levels of productivity
- team player - willingness to assist with other teams’ functions, without necessarily needing to be asked
