Nous recherchons un/e 'Front Office & Guest Relation Officer' pour un de nos clients, à Chamarel.
Role and responsaibilities:
  • Respond to mail and phone.
  • Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting as per quality standard of Cie.
  • Welcome guest as per the Cie procedures and respond to their questions.  
  • Assist with the preparation of welcome folders with material (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)  
  • Promote services and provide information about amenities, the neighbourhood, and venues. 
  • Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)  
  • Address customer complaints and. Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.
  • Assure that health and quality standards are met.
  • Etc…
  • If possible with 2+ years of experience working as a Guest Relations Officer in a Hotel, or other related position.  
  • A professional certification in hotel management may be preferred.
  • Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.  
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
