Nous recherchons un/e 'Front Office & Guest Relation Officer' pour un de nos clients, à Chamarel.
Role and responsaibilities:
- Respond to mail and phone.
- Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting as per quality standard of Cie.
- Welcome guest as per the Cie procedures and respond to their questions.
- Assist with the preparation of welcome folders with material (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Promote services and provide information about amenities, the neighbourhood, and venues.
- Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and. Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.
- Assure that health and quality standards are met.

- If possible with 2+ years of experience working as a Guest Relations Officer in a Hotel, or other related position.
- A professional certification in hotel management may be preferred.
- Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
