We are looking for Finance Trainees to assist our Finance Manager & Accountants in our different Hotels & Resorts (Veranda hotels and Voila Hotel)
Main Responsibilities:
Accounts payable side
- Reconciling SOA with system.
- Prepare all invoices for payment.
- Helping in daily banking.
- Filing of remittance advice .
Cost control side
- Assist weekly spot check.
- Assist inventory.
- Capex & Opex spot check.
- Cash spot check with Ashna on Front office.
Overall.
- Economat process
- Vat return processing
- Banking processing
- Capex & opex procedure
- Bill passing processing.
Candidate's Profile:
- HSC
- Preferably candidates residing in the North and West
- Can join immediately
