Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking for a Field Service Engineer who will be called upon for installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of various components including Power System, Transmission, Datacom and backhaul Rollout.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement Fixed Access Services on wired and wireless medium.
• Perform preventive maintenance where required and report any anomalies to supervisors.
• Perform technical surveys and implementation of solution like Wi-Fi, P2P links, Gpon and Fiber
• Update Database
• Provide technical support to NOC in resolving problems and issues.
• Supervise contractors doing new installation, maintenance and repairs
• Configuration and commissioning of network equipment.
• To work actively with other departments  for achieving company goals.

Profile

• Ability to work on a 24/7 shift system including public holidays.
• Ability to work at heights
• Capable of reading wiring diagrams, network diagram and equipment specifications.
• Possess a valid and clean driving license.
